Poor Ade and Mommy. I hope he is feeling better soon! Remember, his being irritable means he is not TOO sick. It is always scary when your kids have a big fever, but I have really tried to not use my thermometer so often and just gauge how they are doing by their behaviour.
Clingy, whiney, cranky, sleepy = good
Listless or severe pain = ER visit

Any change in the fever yet? Having sick kids is never fun. I'm with Shauna on trying to not use the thermometer to panic but rather their behavior, but it's always harder when you're child can't explain their pain ether.

Poor little bug. I hope lots of cuddles with Mommy and relaxing with some cartoons on the couch does the trick!

Get better soon little Ade! Rana, baths are your friend. Let him play in the water and encourage him to drink it, it will get him moving, hydrated, lift his spirits and help regulate his temp.

Let us know when all is better, we will be thinking about you.

Oh no!! Rana it is totally going around. High fever that lasts for a few days. It will go away. Tylenol will be your best friend. does he like tv??? If he does, don't feel guilty if you lay on the couch with him all day!

That sucks. Tylenol helps for the wee one and baths (for both of you) if he'll let you.

Let me know if you need anything.
