The Thing is...

....just when we think...

We. can. not. take. another. step.

You, and by that I mean, every single person who reads our blog....

...show your immense love and support!!!

Amazing!!!! It leaves us standing in awe...literally.

So, this week, we are feeling better.

We don't know what extra testing they want done or why.

We are asking lots of questions.

We are reading lots of immigration mumbo jumbo.

We waiting for answers.

I can tell you the Hague Convention is not the most stimulating read...but read it I am...

Also, could CIC make their documents any more difficult to understand - "R117(1)(g)(iii)(B) and R117(3)(e) blah, blah, blah!"

Maybe I will become a consultant on all things adoption and immigration when all this done...or maybe not!

So, we thank you!

For listening.

For offering to write, email, call...

...we might take you up on that offer....

We'll keep you posted.

Oh that manual and website language confused me... But know that we are here for you and willing to fight to get Ade home already!

To think just over 3 years ago we were all celebrating our dossiers landing in E... Now. Let's. bring. him. home.

Rana -- You've got my email address. Don't hesitate to use it to bounce ideas off me. I am one of those freaky people who actually enjoys talking Hague and immigration regs. :O

You have a whole army of people who love and support your family 100 %. Always know that you can lean on me, call me, cry to me, scream at me, email me, or say the word and I'm sure you'll have hundreds of letters!

So glad you are feeling better this week. You are one tough cookie. :)

Yes, if there's anything we can do, please, please just say the word.

I know that you can hang in there and get your little man home. I will never understand why this journey has to be so hard for some. I agree with everyone else- you name it and I will do ANYTHING to help you guys out. Hang on to the support of others right now- we are all here for you!

Hugs

Carolyn

I am ready and willing to help in any way I can. I think of you and Ade every day. My heart aches that he is not yet in your arms. Please let me know if I can do anything.

I am not in the adoption journey (though I wish with all my heart I could be)... but will do whatever it takes to get Ade home to his Mama and Daddy! Letters to write? Wheels to squeak? You name it.
