Saturday's Inspiration a day a late

Saturday's Inspiration - Day 32

The days have merged as the moments stand still...expanding, then tumbling into the infinite abyss of space...
blue blue sky.
Each moment holds a gift - I'm sure you've heard this before :)...
'tis why its called the present.


How to develop present moment awareness.

Breathe deeply:
Focus your attention on your breath.


Focus on your body:
Use simple daily tasks like brushing your teeth or taking a shower
to bring attention to your body and focus your awareness on what you
are doing in the moment.


Meditate for brief periods of time each day:
Start out with 5 minutes of silence and stillness and build from there.


You might even practise the pleasure of stillness 2 or 3 times a day.

Enjoy, this is not hard work, it is joyful .

This is good advise! I try and do this while I am running (it's the only "alone" time I get every day :)
