Canadian Police Chase in Winter

O.k. so this is a commercial for Midas - for those of you who read my blog and don't know what a real Canadian winter is like - this is a funny representation!

And yes, we do change our tires out from summer tires to winter tires up here!

We also have to plug our cars in when it gets really cold to be sure the engine etc. doesn't freeze!

and for those of you who live in Canada and get it - well -it will make you giggle!

Ha, ha ha...wait - why do I live here again?

LOL So very very true!!!!! Poor TD has no idea what he is in for, he is complaining at zero with just a skif of snow! :)

L.O.L.

I had no idea about plugging in cars until I met C's family in MB and asked what all the electrical sockets were for in the parking lots... and got laughed at. hehe.

That's AWESOME! When we moved to London, ON and to Boston, as well, we kind of forgot about the fact that much of the continent doesn't have to plug in their cars in winter. We asked our landlords where we could plug in the car in winter and both times they went "Uh...why???" Heh. I've lived in the prairies too long! :) Will I still be glad to be back once we are experiencing SK winter in a few months?

This is a great commercial - I crack up every time I see it.

I'll be buying my first set of winter tires very soon - have to think about baby's safety now.

P.S. Dianne - you crazy BC lady!

I remember this commercial from last year, and I must admit when I saw they had started playing it again this year I cringed - I don't want the snow to ever come! Winter = yuck.

My husband and I LOVE this commercial ... although maybe it won't be so funny once the snow hits here in Southwestern Ontario.
